The men are rejoicing over a mass killing that aid workers suspect resulted in the deaths of more than thousands of individuals in the Sudan's urban center of el-Fasher during October.
Having held the urban area under blockade for almost 24 months, from the summer the RSF moved to strengthen its dominance and restrict the remaining civilian population.
